- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- We encourage users to review plan details before making a payment.
- Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Payment made but service not activated within 5 business days
- To request a refund, email our support team at support@homex.com with proof of payment and reason.
- All valid refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
